Didn't burn - horrible support

The program looks good and is easy to use - until I wanted to burn my Photo DVD. It didn't recognize my DVD drive or something.
I tried rebooting, burning an image, burning to folder, ... after an hour I gave up and downloaded Photodex which was $20 more. It not only ooked a bit nicer and was easier to use - it actually worked. Within a short time I had my Photo DVD.
I've contacted the Photo DVD people (and their sales partner PLIMUS) for a refund. My emails go back and forth between PLIMUS and PHOTO DVD with me cc: but nobody actually addresses my refund request. This has gone on for about a week now. When I call their customer support number nobody answers.
I most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND either of these companies.
